my water test results

so ive had my 28g nano running for 3 days and i see everyone on here testing their own water which makes sense to me so you dont always have to go to the LFS and have them do it. "im new to all this" so i swung by the LFS and picked myself up a test kit.
so tonight just for kicks i decided to test my waters even though i know 3 days is too soon but im shocked by my results. if im not mistaken granted im not an expert id say my water is almost set. here are the numbers i came up with..
PH - 7.8 - 8.0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5 - 10
based on my findings would you say its almost time for me to put a clean up crew in there? i think my ph is suppose to be a little higher not sure about if the nitrate lvl is ok lower is better on that i believe..
let me know what you guys think
thx

It depends on what type of set-up you are running fish only, fish only with live rock or full LS LR reef. It takes time to grow out the bio-filter so if you add something go slow because you most likely will get a small spike as you add new stuff.

im not in a hurry or anything, but my plan is to have fish corals and a cleanup crew, a similar setup to what a lot of people i see have.
currently my tank is a 28g nano hq1 with 35 pounds of live rock and live sand that has now been cycling for 3 days. i dont mind letting it run longer i just tested it for kicks to practice and was surprised from what i saw is all..
are my findings just about suitable for a clean up crew if my numbers stay around where they are at though?

I just started my cycle 3 days ago too!! I have a 6 gal.
I would say you haven't had your spike yet. Did you put anything in the tank to start the cycle?
My reading this morning were:
PH: 7.8
amoni: .5
Nitrate:0
Nirtite: 0
This is just STARTING to go up, not come down. Last time I cycled I waited 2 weeks before putting in my clean up crew.(that was 3 years ago)
