My zoos not looking too good

I bought a rock full of radioactive dragon eyes maybe 2 months ago. I put them on the bottom of my 3 yr old 12 gal tank. They were amazing. There was one piece that was bobbing around, not really attatched to anything so I cut it off and put it in my 6 gal (New this year).
Life got crazy for a month and tank got a little neglected. The other day I noticed the ones in my 12 gal were mostly closed and the ones that were open were not so bright.
The little frag I put in my 6 gal are doing great. I moved the rock full into my 6 gal thinking it's either my lights or water.
I ordered new lights in Dec. for my yearly maintence and only received my actinics, my daylights are still on back order. I'm not sure if thats the problem.
I took my water levels yesterday (not the dip stick test) and my amonia was a little high. (.5) I also noticed my cleaner shrimp is gone (probably dead). I did a water change and tested my water this morning:
Amonia: 0
Nitrates:0
Nitrites: 0
P.H.: 7.8
Temp: 79
SG: 25 (last 2 #s)
This morning I noticed my zoos are now shrinking and I think even disapearing.
I don't know what to do.
Sorry this is so long. But I need help and wanted to give as much info as I couold.
Thanks.

Here are before and after pics.
Before: (NOt a great pic, but you can see it's full of zoos and open)

And now, all closed up and bare, some shrinking: You can see at the arrows the color is fading:

I did find one of those, but in my 6 gal tank. I took a pic and was gonna post to find out if it's good or bad. My zoos in my 6 gal are doing great though. Its the other ones that are not.
Heres the little bugger:

I'm gonna go pick him off right now!!

i'm doing some reading on dosing vitamin C which is supposed to greatly increase the health and stimulate the growth of zoas

are all your zoas like this?
The polyps that are front center look like they have white spots on them.. Maybe zoo pox

also that lil slug on the zoos from your 6gallon eats polyps.. Dip the Zoas in FRESH water and spray with the turkey baster for a few secs and they should come right off
Had some myself in my 12gallon, did what i stated above and havent seen any since

I looked at them caredully and did not notice any critters. I did notice however that since they were moved into the 6 gal,the flow is not as good and a thin layer of green algae covered them.
I took a small paint brush and gently brushed it off, when I did that I noticed these tiny little bumps like pimples on some of them.
Is that normal? I tried to get a pic, not sure how good it will come out. I circled a few of the little dots.

wow, that's a good read.
I was thinking I could just dose in my 6 gal, but I can't. My QT tank is only 1 gal. I set it up when I need it to treat fish for ick or whatever.
Hmmm this could be a problem.

o.k. I'm re-reading the article, I don't have to put it in a 10 gal tank, that was just the ratio to of water to med.
And when he was talking about uping the temp, I think he meant in his regular tank, right? So I do the dip, then put it in my tank and slowly turn the temp up in my tank, right?

so I called my

[hr]
to see if they sell Furan-2 and he's never heard of it and he said it didn't even come up in his computer.

so, does anyone know how to get this?
I'd like to do something soon, I don't think the pox are too bad from some of the pics I've seen and I'd like to treat before it does get bad.

oh great! I just called there today. I was going to order a wave maker for my 6 gal. There isn't enough circulation and the algae is starting to build up. The wave maker was 12.99 and with S&H it would be like $24 so I said forget it.
But now it will be worth it if I order the medicine too.

Thanks again!! You're the BEST!

I just ordered the medicine. It will ship out in 24 hrs.
So, now what should I do. The zoos with the pox came from my 12 gal. I have a small frag of zoos in my 12 gal that were not next to the pox one, but obviously in the same tank.
I moved the pox zoos into my 6 gal yesterday because I thought it might be the light or the water making them shrink. I have 2 frags of zoos in my 6 gal.
I would assume zoo pox are contagous so I should assume all my zoos are infected, right? Should I put them all in my 6 gal until I'm done with treatment?
