Mysis Shrimp

Do mysis shrimp have any nutritional value. I know everyone says that brime shrimp don't but I was wondering about mysis. Thanks

I was told they do that is why I stopped using brine.

mysis have some nutritional value, its better than brine, but try switching your food... like one day feed mysis, then feed nori sheets, then feed pelets, you get the idea, switch it up so there is no vitamins or minerals missing from their diet

I feed all kinds thats why I was wondering I bought some mysis shrimp the other day for my cleaner shrimp and coral banded and was just wondering if it had the nutrients for my fish. I try to give them a balanced diet

you can always use some vitamins, like Vita-chem.
you can feed with frozen brine and add vitamins. I add them to frozen, there are others besides what i listed.
