Mystery Coral!

Hi everyone! I bought a mystery coral which should be arriving tomarrow.
Although this site is currently out of stock on the mystery corals, I thought that I would let you guys know what I got so if swf.com ever does this again you will know whether or not it's a rip off.
I'm a little confused about the whole thing. From the description of the mystery corals it seemed like they had several differant mystery corals for sale but it was in the eye it and buy it section so I'm not sure if there was just one and I'm the guy that got it or there are other people who also got one. So anyhow if there were in fact several people out there who got these let me know what you got in yours.
I'll let you all know what I get tomarrow!!

Cool! I have always wondered about that and how it works.
So they didn't tell you the name, huh? How will you know how to take care of it?

As far as how will I know how to take care of it, I'm kinda hoping it's zoos or mushrooms or something easy like that. I hope it's not a sps coral because I don't have propor lighting for that and I would have to trade those in at my lps. I guess I'll see tomarrow.

I don't know why anybody would buy anything that they do not know what it is. What if you think it's the ugliest thing in the world and you get ripped off. Also what if you can not take care of it or the care is very invloved and you do not want to take care of it. I guess I just don't understand, but good luck.

well mscarpena, I only bought the mystery coral because I thought it would be fun to get a surprise. I appreciate your concern but my gamble paid off. It turned out to be a rock with three beautiful mushroom corals on it and I couldn't be happier with it!! It was totally worth the $15. Although my camera is crap, I'll try to get a pic and post it tomarrow. I'm not sure exactly what kinda mushrooms they are so maybe someone can give me a positive ID.
This is the first time I've ordered through this site and all around I couldn't be happier!! Everything was alive, as of now seemingly healthy, and just as described!!

you have to use the attach picture funtction the only way the image button works is if its loaded to another site like photobucket or something. just make sure the pic is 500x500 and it will load.

I am very glad it worked you for you and you are happy. I guess I am just very picky about purchasing corals and about what I put in my tanks. I look forward to seeing the pics.

Ok, the first one worked, the second one did not but how do I get the image so you don't have to click a hyperlink... it's just there? On the forum? No clincking?.... Required.... you can just see it... ya know

Dang it! I'm sorry, I'm completley technologically illiterate and probably look like a dummy right now. ok, I did the photobucket thing, now can anyone tell me how to correctly insert the image before I shoot my computer?!

AH HA!!! All that for a crappy image... well I never claimed to have a good camera. I've kinda been talking to myself for a while..... I'll shut up now. At least I learned something new in the process.

I'm pretty sure that they're umbrella mushrooms. I got one from this site too, they seem really hearty.
