They look like rics to me. By the way, I just bought 2 of those mistery corals from this site. Will post pictures of mine to compare once I get them in.

Does the little guy close up into a "umbrella/balloon shape when you feed it?
I had one of these. It loved shrimp pellets, and krill. Mine had grown to a radius of 4 inches when i had to take down my reef tank.

Awesome!! Can't wait to see what you get! I'm not the only one crazy enough to buy one
And yeah, it does kinda curl up like you described.

In My Opinion IMO
I beleive mystery coral is a different coral each time not sure though kinda like a grab bag type thing. not completely sure though

yep just went and looked at it each time is something different or might be the same thing never know.
Want a great deal on some corals and looking for some mystery in your life? These are odds and ends corals, zoos, mushrooms, etc from our coral systems that just don't really have a place on our site. So, we're clearing them out. It may be a branching coral with an open branch, or zoos with less density that we would like, that sort of thing. And sometimes, we like to throw in something special just to keep things interesting. In any case, they are all a great deal at $15 if you like a little mystery. This is a no questions asked, no returns, no guarantee deal. Have fun.

We just want to compare what we got for $15, not necessary the coral them selfs.

Sorry the pic isn't better, my camera kinda sux. I don't think it's a green hairy, it's not "hairy" enough. I really think it's either green shrooms or green + purple shrooms. But I could be wrong

sorry misunderstood. LOL it happens.
I always like grab bags myself. but the mystery coral actually looks like a small rhodactis mushrooms to me

Well I have a recorda that I've had for about three months now but these look a bit differant from it. It could be a differant species of ric but I really think it's not one, it's less bubbly.

My shipment should be here on Tuesday, I hope. Ordered it last Thursday but they still haven't ship it yet. Can't wait to see what I got as Mystery Corals.

for $15, i dont think they would gv anyone a sps. i'd rather get 2 ricordias w the $15 from this site.

I bought a peice and it was covered with what I believe are clove polys, they are already budding allover the surrounding roc, it also had a small highly bracnched orange spnonge and many tiny dusters...well worth 15.00

i was thinking about getting the "mystery coral" but as usual im broke.
when i order ill let everyone know what i get. i think stuff like this is fun, im glad swf had the idea.

BTW, these are two separate packages of mystery coral. The first is some sort of mushrooms and the second I think is Xenia Tree. I am correct?
