Definately not a ricordia. Has a hard skeleton.

Because you shouldn't glue plates anywhere, they can move on their own. Might cause some damage if it decides to. I agree it is a baby plate, nice purple one too, I have a colony of orange babies and a stem that pops off green ones.

Yeah this one was on a stem on a piece of zoantid rock i had purchased. When I went to break it off I smashed it. This is from one of the pieces that was just a fragment. I glued it to the plug so as to not lose it. I have also seen another piece in the tank that seems to have regenerated as well.
