What is this there's 3-4 of them on her fin and body.

I'm uncertain about that spot. It does not appear to be black ich due to its larger size. How long has the fish had this? Is that a bump or just a discoloration of skin?

However, I would strongly advise not to handle fish. This is extremely stressful for fish and handling damages the fish's natural protective slim coat on his body.

It's been there a few days the fish doesn't seem to notice it at all but they aren't raised . The first one it had is now fading away

What are the water conditions (readings) in you tank (ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, pH, salinity, temperature)? Size tank? Tankmates?

Very likely stress.

It's a135g 6'x20"x22" with a Picasso trigger, red tail trigger and an Achilles tang also the hippo tang is the biggest.

Notice any aggression? Biggest doesn't really matter in the world of aquarium fish.

I'd recommend just keeping an eye out on the situation. Not uncommon for angels and tangs to develop discoloration spots with the least bit of stress.
