Name this coral

I purchased a coral frag from a LFS. I can't remember the name of it, can anyone i.d. it? I'm sorry the color did not come out well in the picture, it is a neon green.

I have a 3 adult capnella corals, that I can raise 12 frags from every 3 months. I used to sell them to my LFS for store credit, but they don't purchase them any more... I know that some people sell theirs online, I am not sure how I would package them if I did this also. How could it do it efficiently and cheaply, ensuring that they get to their destination in good health?

I don't think I have ever seen that much bubble algae.

Thanks for the complements on the bubble algae. My whole tank was covered in it, it just recently is starting to become manageable. Emerald crabs are worthless for keeping this stuff cut down like they are supposed to.
