Nano cube frag tank

I have a 12 nano cube DX tank that I was looking to sell. But I am also thinking of setting up a frag tank to propagate frags. Shrooms. polyps, softies and LPS. I was thinking of running the tank open top with this light. Its the Viper HQI Clamp Lamp. It comes in both the 70 and 150 watt versions with a 14k bulb. Assume this would be the only light. Will I be happy with this combo?

I got the 150 one on my 24 gal tank. I like it. I can only imagine what you could do with that on a 12 gal! Water will evaporate like crazy tho...
