That's really not big enough for a flame angel.
Depends on the dottyback, some are just too aggressive.

Depends on the filefish. I'm going to assume we're still referring to the Orange Spotted Filefish. In the wild, they live on certain acropora polyps and sometimes montipora polyps. In captivity, once they are weened (which is not easy and I suggest doing lots of research), it varies. Mine eats brine and mysis mainly, but will also dabble with cyclopeez and arctipods.
