i would recommend two shrimp and two fish. i would get a false percula clown and a royal gramma, but thats my opinion. i think the watchman gobies are boring to watch. and for the shrimp get a cleaner shrimp and a fire shrimp, or if the fire is too expensive get a peppermint shrimp. but wut ever u do DONT GET A CORAL BANDED SHRIMP!!! it will kill ur other shrimp.

Gobies are so cute! And they are fun to watch (in my opinion, anyway) If you get a royal gramma, add him last. They can be territorial. Bicolored blennies are also good fish and they're fun to watch. I love fire shrimp because they're such a beautiful shade of red, but the peppermint shrimp are pretty, too.

My yellow watchman is awesome! He has quite a bit of personality. As he's growing larger, he's getting bolder, too. I think the royal gramma and a goby combo would be awesome, but skip the clown. I have a 10 gallon, and this is what I have in it: 1" yellow watchman, cleaner shrimp, about 5 various hermits and 5 various snails, a feather duster, and numerous corals. I'm pretty happy with the set-up. Maybe one more small fish down the road when my watchman is close to full-size.
