nano lighting

I am getting the 12 Gallon Nano Cube by JBJ (the Deluxe model) and was wondering if I would have to upgrade lighting on that after a while if I was eventually going to have a mini reef? I was told that the DX model had better lighting, but I don't value information from the LFS until I double check on here.
thx

really depends on what types of corals you're putting in that reef. If it's SPS - yes. Most softies and LPS should be okay with what's on there though...

The 12 gallon deluxe model Nano cube by JBJ has a 48 watt lighting system. That will give you 4 watts per gallon.
