Nano searching

I think this question could be posted else where, but hoping for a better response here. Researching Biocubes, oceanic cubes and red reef ect. What is the best one as far as a being a package unit. What are the pros and cons and modifcations needed? I like the idea that red reef has a chiller option. Don't know if I'll need one till I have a better game plan.

I think all the tanks are good, it comes down to a matter of opinion. Three years ago I got the 12 gal. Aquapod and loved it. Although it did fall apart on me little by little. In feb. I got a 6 gal nano cube and thought it was a little better quality than the Aquapod. I recently changed my 12 gal. Aquapod to the 12 gal. Nanocube.
I like the dementions better, the look better and it's quieter than the Aquapod was, but I don't like the way they set up the lights. With the Aquapod you had 3 switches (moonlight, actinic and daylights) with the Nanocube you only have 2 switches (moonlights and actinic/daylights) I don't like that at all. Plus they plug in this box that sits behind my tank and it's awkward.
I do like that the Nanocubes hoods are easily replacable and upgradeable.
I would keep researching and find which one you like best.

you basicaly have 3 choices: 28g nanocube hqi (with halide
), 29g biocube, or the redsea 34g. i own a nanocube and 2 biocubes, both are very nice systems. from what ive seen the redsea is a true all in one system. i hope this helps.
