Nano Setup Questions

im thinking of setting up a 10gal for a single anem and maroon clown. is this large enough for these two?? also i have been looking at pics and i dont see anyone running a skimmer. Is this not needed on such a small tank?

A 10 gallon is too small for a Maroon and difficult to keep stable enough for an Anemone.
Skimmers are useful but you can get by with larger water changes.
