Nano tanks with metal halides

hi
ive been thinkng to get a metal halide for my 24fn nano cube. not sure if i should go with 70w or 150.. but what are some of the problems by having metal halides instead of PC's

heat issues as well as coral bleaching...i just installed a 250w on my 34 and without a fan the tank hit 87 degrees...installed a 5" fan...it doesnt go a penny over 82

that's pretty convenient because a chiller really hits the electric bill hard. I have a 150w on my 20long and it stays at 82 with a lid no chiller, no fans. A/C is at 74F at my ex-gf's apartment where this tank is.
