I have a 75 gallon tank (with live rock) that has one adult purple tang, two yellow tail damsels, one pair of maroon clown fish with a blue capret anenome, inverterbrates and coral banded shrimp. I want to know if I could add a Naso Tang and what size do they grow to and what is the smallest size I could put in my tank?

naso tangs grow a foot and a half while purples grow about a foot long! IMO, both need a tank larger than you have. I would recomend a 125 for the naso, and probably a 100 for the purple. tangs need tons of room to swim. A 75 packed with live rock, IMO, is not a very suitable environment for those fish at adult size. Maybe when they are small, but you would need to amke sure you upgrade reletivly soon.

A 125 gallon or larger aquarium is necessary to provide plenty of swimming room, places to hide, and a tight-fitting lid to prevent jumping to escape. It is aggressive towards other tangs, but peaceful with other fish in the tank.
