Naso White Spots & Dark Body Color

First, I am very new to the hobby and this is my first real issue.
180 gallon tank, 2 oscellaris (no issues), six line wrasse (no issues), hermits and snails. No corals yet. Only dry rock turning live. And the naso.
The naso has small white spots on the top of it's head somewhat speckled. There are larger white spots that appear to be hanging/growing off the top fin and bottom fin. The largest white spot is on the tail sort of like a white false eye. I have had the naso for about 3 weeks but no QT. This appeared to happen overnight. I looked at him yesterday but only saw a couple white spots on his head.
What does this sound like it could be?
Is there any way to treat?
Are the other fish at risk?

I read your lymphocystis post and that appears to be the more likely situation.
It does not look like the clownfish in your post rather the fish at the bottom with white flakes hanging in the fins.
Does anyone have any recommendations on mitigation techniques? Of course this is bad timing as I will be in Florida on vacation for 2 weeks starting Sunday. I can have somebody monitor and/or treat if needed.
Now what.....

Can you post a digital picture of the problem fish? The guide for lymphocycstis that you read is what you will need to work on to deal with the disease. What are your water readings now?
