I have a fish only tank with three pieces of live rock left. The other 65 lb, all old stuff, I took out. I have a hair algae that a yellow tang, phillipine tang, sailfin goby, scarlet crabs, blue leg crabs, red leg crabs, lettuce nutibranchs, sally lightfoot, snails, 5 nickle size green crabs (can't think of name) that dont want any thing to do with. Will sea urchins or what eat this crap. It grows everywhere even with low phosphate levels and clean water. Use kent Ro filter water, use berlin protein skimmer, wetdry with filter sock, ( I want to go back to bioballs with filter plate), hagan 350 filter, 2 - 48" URI vho lighting for 11 hrs a day. Have used carbon and phosphate chips in hagen to remove phosphate. 25 - 30 gal a month water changes. temperature 79 - 80 degrees. Live in Florida. Any help would greatly be appreciated . Thincking of removing the rest of the stuff with crap algae on it. Have been picking it out of tank to remove. Need help
