Wow, after reading the exchange between Cranberry and SoCal, I'm even more amazed at how crappy Vista is... I almost don't believe they would shoot themselves in the foot with something like that.
Leopard works flawlessly and I haven't had a problem with it yet. All of it's new featurs work perfectly.
You all need to switch over to macs!!!! But wait until October 14 when Steve Jobs comes out with the new laptop line....
Also rumored to come out is the MacBook Touch - A Full-throttle touchscreen tablet. I know what you're thinking... it's nothing new. But I CAN guarantee you that it won't need a fake pen like most tabletpc's do, and the patent shows that it's designed to tell the difference between your palms and your fingers... and can detect up to 10 fingers at a time, as opposed to every other tabletpc which is incapable of multi-touch, except for the recent HP desktop they came out with which is touch screen... it can see a whopping two fingers at a time. That's been the problem with most tabletpc's - the execution of the interface... Apple has thought of all that, and it's company-wide goal is to make things simple.
The coolest thing about the MacBook Touch is that it will have the accelerometer that the iphones use, so if you get a document and want to view it in portrait mode on your macbook touch, you just turn it and it changes the direction of the screen automatically for you. (bottom right in the pic) This kind of computing is the wave of the future.
