I would have to say that they are probably pretty equal. I personally run a Berlin, and love it. I have, however, heard nothing but praise from my bud at the LFS, who uses it on a display at the store. I think it's really a matter of how much you want to pay for a skimmer. You will always get positive and negative opinions about every peice of equipment out there, I'ts all "personal preference".
P.S. If I were going to purchase a berlin though, I would spring for the "Turbo". An upgrade well worth the money.
