What can and can not be kept under these conditions??? I want things that will thrive not just survive..
Any Help would be great...

Mushrooms are pretty hardy, plus I think some of them are really nice looking.

Mushrooms, zoos, lps like brains, acans, and candy canes. Maybe a monti cap, but it will probably turn brownish.

NO, fish can handle up to about 30 wit no ill effects, but corals should stay under 10, preferably 0. Just do a small water change, clean your filters etc. and all should be fine.
I might also suggest leather corals which will thrive in your tank and frag easily.
i sell mine to my LFS fairly regularly.

my lighting is not as good as yours....i just have 2 96watt one white and one blue and my corals are doing great...Corals are probably easier to keep than fish are

I would get some xenia or green star polyps. Both of them spread fast and can live in almost anything.
Yes they do. Keep them contained so that when you get into more demanding corals, you can remove these, because Ive never met a person who's not regretted putting either of those in the tank.
