I have a 120 gallon tank. 80lbs LS and 160 lbs of LR. Take a look at the fish I want to put together.
2 percula clowns
2 cleaner shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp
1 flame angel
1 lawn mower blenny
1 mandarin goby
4 green chromis
1 firefish
1 yellow watchman
1 blue hippo tang
1 yellow tang
1 yellow eyed tang
1 naso tang
20 blue/red crabs
snails/lettuce slug
Please look at my list and tell me if I should take anything away. Is this too many fish? Also, please give me some suggestions on adding other fish to give my aquarium some character. I am new, so I would like fish that aren't so fragile. This is a reef tank!

if you are looking for some fish that are not fragile I sugest you leave adding the mandarin goby until the tank is well set up and you have a lot more experience.

i agree about the tangs, that is too many tangs for a 120. plus the blue hippo and the naso get ick if stressed pretty easily and need a mature tank to live in. i would rethink if you want to risk this. if you get a yellow tang i would add this last as well. the kole tang would be your best option. all the inverts are fine, infact i would add more. the only other fish that would be a problem would be the mandarin. the lr you have should be at least 9-12 months old before attempting these guys.

that's approx. 81" of fish in that tank. The recommended amount of fish (rule of thumb) is 1" of fish per 4 gallons. So you should have 30" of fish to start out with, and you can grow into 60" after the tank matures.
The naso tang can get up to 18", and IMO, should have a much bigger tank than a 125. If you nix that, you're at 63". As long as you add those fish over a year or so, you should be ok. However, i'd have to agree with the other posters that even 3 tangs is too many for a 120. IMO, you should only have 1 or two.
You could get just the yellow tang (they're a little hardier than the blue's), and get some sort of fairy wrasse instead. (these are beautifully colored!!! I've attached a not-so-good pic of my lubbock's fairy wrasse)
The mandarin needs a constant supply of pods, so unless you can provide that, he'll eventually starve to death. These are very difficult fish to keep, so if you want an "easy" tank, that's one you should definately nix.
Other than those few adjustments, i'd say it sounds good. And i also agree you can and should add more inverts... at least double what you're planning on putting in there, or more. and by red & blue crabs, you mean hermit crabs, right?
