need advice on stocking 140 gallon fish only tank

The QT has finished cycling, and the DT is not far behind, so it is time to start stocking the tank. I plan to add 1 fish per month, and I figure that the best way would be to go in order from least aggressive to most aggressive, unless of course your experience dictates otherwise. I have compiled a list of possible tank inhabitants and would like your advice on whether there are any that would be incompatible, and what order you would recommend adding them to the tank. Here’s the list:
Porcupine puffer
Copperband butterfly
Juvenile emperor angel
Either a blue line trigger or a niger trigger
Lionfish (either volitan or fu man chu)
Frogfish (sargassum if possible)
Grouper (either blue spot or miniatus)
Longnose hawkfish
Tang of some sort
Lookdown
Sand flounder
Leaf fish
Goby
Pipefish
Maybe a stingray? Probably not, but maybe. I have plenty of sand since I have no live rock.
Have only actinic and moonlight lighting. Using trickle filter and protein skimmer.
If you think I can have starfish and other things let me know what you recommend.

i would say no to the ray flounders are great and are cool to try and find in the sand if you get a grouper or a lion it will limit the smaler fish you can have. leaf fish are great additions. tang is great for a 140 no to pipe fish they are slow eaters goby is fine unless you have a lion or a grouper have no clue about a lookdown butter flys are hard to keep but you do have plenty of room for one. i think an emporer angel would be fine. puffer may five you problems. i would get a niger trigger instead of a blueline. Blue lines are very aggresive. I would recomend wrasses! a tang or two an angel of your choice. a serpent starfish should be fne. eels if you dont want to have smaller fish. File fish are awsome. DO NOT get a damsel they will kill your fish! Any more questions?

which fish would you get first? trying to figure out what order to introduce them to the tank? not sure which ones are more aggressive than others.

i would intoduce the most docile fish you can so maby a tang or the butterfly but before you pit any live fish in! how long has it been up with water?

IMHO Tangs, angels and butterflyfish all need lots of mature LR to graze all day. Not sure how well they will do in a new tank with no LR.
I's gp with wrasse, lion, or trigger if none aggressive and small as first out of what you listed.

well he could always have micro algea in his setup. I think it looks coolo because this is what id id. Also just be sure to ave algea clips with algea all the time.

wife's been asking to make a butterfly the 1st fish. it's been up and running with water since 2/12/08. the DT has not finished cycling as of my last check. the QT has finished cycling though, so by the time the quarantine is over, the DT should easily have finished cycling.

i think i get the point, but what does "I's gp" mean? i'm sure it'll be obvious once you tell me. i wouldn't have guessed that the lion would be non-aggressive. they just look like they'd be mean.
but that's why i'm asking.
if anyone has any of these fish, let me know if they are aggressive or not. thanks.

are you talking about the miniatus grouper or the blue spot grouper, or both?

most groupers get BIG. I have a lion and he is only aggresive towards small fish. If you want to have smaller fish add the lion in LAST. What kind of butterfly are you looking towards? One of my favorites is the myeri butterfly. Also if you want to keep shrimp you will have to cross some of those out. But if you dont I would suggest adding a Harliken tusk fish. I have a harliken tusk in with butterflys tangs lions and other wrasses with 0 problems.
