Need advise on lights, for a 36"wide tank.

I trust this web site the most on advise. Looking for some MH with other lights like (pc, vho) some sort of combo, for a reef set up. Can someone give me the watts, and the color. My tank is a 55g 36" wide, going to up grade in about 6 to 8 months, to a 90 - 120g. Thanks alot. I learned so much from here.

My tank is a 36". I have a single 400w MH with a Coralvue 10k bulb. Looks very nice and I don't think there is too much I couldn't grow in the tank.
I am adding some VHO actinics. Not because I am not happy, just cause I would like to see what the actinics will do.
