If you look in the picture you will notice tentacles that look like fishing line... they come straight out of the rock and seem like they eat... in the first picture the red arrow furthest to the top has that piece stuck to it.... They move rather fast but look much like a spide web... if you have any ideas please letme know

Most likely a type of Spaghetti worm. Harmless IMO.

They definitely do eat! They latch onto mysis shrimp wherever it falls. Other foods too, I would imagine.

it was interesting last night i put a brine shrimp cube in my tank....as the worm was grabbing it my new baby snowflake eel wanted the piece of shrimp...but it kinda looked like when he went to get it, the worm stung him by the reaction he made... i dunno though lol

Those are so wierd, definately add that "what the heck is that thing" factor to your tank. What a funny hobby, I'd pay huge bucks to stock my tank with beautiful fish and corals, then spend all that time looking at a slimmey fishingline thing.
