Need an ID

Need Id's with 2 diff pics
1st pic:
The spot in yellow was completely dead on arrival with the rock about 1 month ago. Now it liike like it either came back to life or something grew over it. Looks like polyps of some sort. Moves with the flow of current.
2nd pic:
Looks like some sort of white branch like growth. Kinda moves with the current also .

Hard to tell from the picture, but my guess on the first picture is either some type of leather or possibly some type of sponge.
On the second picture I am really not sure what it is,, maybe someone else can offer a suggestion.

Hard to say on the first pic. Is it hard or soft?
The second picture I see some q-tip sponges.

I think the white branching stuff is a form of algae but let's let someone else chime in there. That stuff seems to be all over the place usually and never gets big or identifiable, it is just kind of there.

The yellow stuff is soft. Looks like a colony of polyps. The second pic I have no idea what it is but since I didnt get an ID I siphoned it all out. I know the qtip sponge but I left it there. Does it get big?
