Need Duncan Help!

I have had this piece for 6 months and it has been fine, but about a week ago one of the heads detached from the base. I'm not sure why this happened but I did a water change and tested the parameters. All normal, but today a second head fell off. I went ahead and took a water sample to my LFS to get it tested and they told me everything was normal.

If anything I think my salinity is a little high at 1.025-1.026
Is there anything I can do?

what tests have you done and what are the results (not just normal, but actual numbers).

Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 0
I didn't see the pH test...so i'll retest right now

pH is 8.2-8.4

what type of lighting do you have? how about water flow where you have it placed?

Just wanted to mention that a specific gravity of 1.025-1.026 is perfect.

as long she is testing the salinity right. what are you using to test it?
are your fish acting weird?
