need framing help -please

planning on a 145 gal tank on main floor are 2x10 floor framing 16 inches on centre with a span of 10 feet with no support except beams on ends strong enough cannot put center support because of room in lower level thanks

2x10's are strong enough, but don't understand what you mean when you say they run with the tank......... :notsure:
