Need Help! 250W SunPod Ballast

Hi, I have two extra 250w SunPod ballasts. Still in the box, what do I need to make a new light for my 55g? What is the best reflector that would work with this ballast. I would like to at least put one of the 250w over my 55g reef.
I just happened to get these free, so is there a way I can use them safely? Thanks to all that give me ideas a head of time. Will be going to shot archery league in a few minutes, but them will check back when I get home.

Sorry i can't help you, but are you planning on getting rid of the other one? I am looking for one of those.

I will probably make two lights actually, just need to know how.
