Yes I would do that, but what I need to know is
How would I package it ?? Water ?? No water?? Very little water ???

IMHO, go with very little water. Just barely enough water to cover the anemone.

enough water to cover 2 " over the anenome. triple bagged. put in an insulated box. i.e. but a box then go buy styrofoam and line the box with it then put the bag in it and close it up and ship overnight.
