Need Help Fast!!

I have a 29 gallon tank. I want to have a ten gallon sump. What is the proper Flow rate for a overflow box to make this happen.
I found an 800gph online but i figured that was way to much for the small set up.

i have a lifereef single, which is 700 gph. and im using a mag 5 as my return. I also plan to tee off of the return line for a gravity fuge so that will cut the return rate down. I havent put it together yet but everything seems ok on paper.

how big is your tank and refugium or sump. How many GPH is the mag 5?
