Need Help GBTA

I have had a GBTA for 4 month. Until the last week he has been happy. He landed at the bottom of a rock touching the substrate. He hasn't moved but an inch or 2 either way. I thought he would move closer to the light. He hasn't been doing good at all in the last week. Everything checks out fine with my water tests, and I cannot think of anything that has changed. He really looks like he is dieing at least once a day. He closes up and has the white squiggley things coming out his mouth. Later he opens except for his top tenticles. He has been doing this for a week. He will eat when I feed him, every other day. I feed small pieces of Silversides, and Krill.

I have 440 watts VHO on a 75 Ga. tank.
Ammonia= 0
Nitrite= 0
Nitrate= 0
PH= 8.2
Calcium= 450
Alk=11
Salinity= 1.025
Temp= 80 to 82
My GBTA seems to do this at least once a day. He is doing the same thing now. I will post a picture when he re-opens, showing that all his tenticles are not extended. I have tipped the rock he is on so that he is getting more light, but there doesn't seem to be any change so far. He is still eating.

After 4 months he shouldn't be doing this anymore.....Hmmmm
do you run carbon?
What salt brand?
When was the last water change?
Ever test for stray voltage?
