Need Help Lost 2 fish

I took over an established 75Gal reef ready aquarium with live rock (no fish) .
Im using R/O water and saved about 60% of old water. ran tank with no fish for about a month , added 2 Ocellaris Clowns, some turbo snails an 2 small hermit crabs
I let run for another month and added a protien skimmer and did 25% water change. all test levels are good. (nitrate ammonia nitrite etc.)
I waited another month added 1 fire fish and 1 blue wrase. all doing well for about a week. wrase disappears and later found dead.
rechecked all tests everything normal.
All other fish are doing fine.
I waited another month, checked tests...normal....did 30% water change waited abou a week and added a yellow wrase , mimic tang and flame angel.
The flame and wrase doing fine, TANG died within 2 weeks
Did drip Acclimation on all fish
Please help!

Tangs, need a 6' long tank, but this wasn't the reason it died. Was there any visible signs on its body, was it breathing heavy? You should set up a QT and quarantine all new fish.

If you're not quarantining your fish, loosing two really isn't that shocking, especially the tang.
