need help on choosing overflow

hows it goin
i found a couple of overflow on other sites .... well found 3
2 were 100
and one was 55
the 2 that were 200 used like forced air or osmehting kinda confused bout that
and the last one was siphon
well whats good??
i only have a 55g no crazy amt of fish no coral at first
i was looking for 600-800gph????
going into a 20g long i will be doing
also any good pump brands? nothing crazy its my first tank

Do a search on life reef very good units. i've had mine for over a year without any problems. Much better then the cpr unit that I had.
