Need Help Posting Picture Attachments. Feedback Appreciated.

I have been trying to attach a picture to my new thread.
I have clicked on the browse to locate my picture on my desktop.
Locate the picture.
It is inserted in the box for attach file. No Picture shows up!
The picture is within the maximum size. It is a valid file extension.
I have tried over and over again. Everytime I try no picture.
I have even sent two emails to "Contact Us" forum.
Can someone please help me with this problem?

If you can, maybe you can move the picture to My Documents, and then open that, and your pic should be tere, that is how I do it.........

Will put the picture in my documents and see if it works.

I tried posting the attachment from my documents didn't work.
Still no picture.
