dude not to be mean or anything but if u want an answer and no one responds do a bump. the people on these boards arent paid for it and the responses are voluntary.
this would prolly do better in the clownfish and anemone page

when the babys are born if they are with the mother and father, they will eat the babies. they look like food to them and dont realize theyre there babies

ok thanks ryan. btw i meant no offense by my 2nd post just joking. but yeah it seems to be kinda difficult i was reading how i gotta make up some phytoplankton green water with very little water movement but the trick is catching the little buggers when they hatch. i was told one way is to stay up all nite while shining a flashlight at the corner becuase thier attracted to the light and scoop em out with a laddle or something i dont know still researching it. plus i've been trying to reach this dude that works for the city here his wife is like a biologist or something at the marine science museum here and he told me if i ever need advice or help to call him and she would help me but he is hard to get in contact with. but hey if it works out anybody want a free clown let me know.

You dont have to stay up all night. They hatch within an hour or two of when the lights go out. You should also be able to tell from the color of the eggs, when they are within a day or two of hatching they change color. Yes they are attracted to the light but do not let them be exposed to air. There are several good online resources dealing wiht this, do a yahoo or google search for Clown Fish Propogation.

That is so cool that you are having baby clowns!!!!!!! Could you put up a post to let everyone know how it goes? I would like to see pictures, if you could. I would gladly take 1 or 2 of the babies, but I live too far away. I wish though! Congrats!
