Just curious to you add iodine to the tank,good levels of this

I believe that you can cut (frag) them with a razor blade and relocate and aide in the attachment (netting, etc.) You may want to cut the whole shroom though not just a piece of.

shrooms have got to be one of the most hard to kill animals in the world!
They are really easy to cut apart but use clean sterile blades or scissors. And be fast too! When you start to cut the will get super slimey and shrivel into the size of a pea and then they are hard to cut.
But don't worry about hurting them by not cutting well.
When I first cut my first shrooms it looked like it was ripped to hamburger because I couldn't get it off the rock and I tried to cut it out of the hole it had attached itself in. A piece of the shroom fell off and drifted into a corner and the shredded chunks stayed on the rocks.
But after a few weeks though the "chunks" turned into new little shrooms! I got six out of the one I cut up!

I would suggest a scapel or razorblade since i tried super sharp sicsors and they did not work AT ALL .... I fragged a bunch of shrooms a week or so ago and started making a mushroom rock out of a piece of argocrete I made. I will try and get some pictures this weekend once I remove the netting.

When you guys cut a mushroom into frags does it matter how big the frags are? Do they need to be dime size?? Do you place it in the same light as your other shrooms?
