Need help with lighting

I plan on starting some low/moderate light coral and need help with my lighting. I have a 70g 48" tank with live rock and will start coral in the next month or so. My light is a Coralife 260watt (4x65) with Actinic and 10K with Lunar lights. I can operate each light independently and need advice on which ones should be on for how long and if any should be on simultaneously. I need lighting on from about 4pm until about 10pm for my personal viewing of the fish, so any combination should consider those hours. Please advise with this, I want to ensure the most accurate length of time for corals (mostly mushrooms, polyps, soft corals) and fish while keeping the algae, etc away. Thanks.

Actinics on for 1 hour before daylight, then both on for 8hrs, then actinic for 1 hour after daylights turn off.

Lunars would come on after your actinics go off at night and turn off when ever you want. Mine turn off at 7 am.

Can I switch the lighting period to later in the day, I would like them to be on when I get home from work and in the evening to see the fish. This way, they will be off when I get home for the most part. I can leave the same lighting timeframe, just later in the day??

For my setup, I have the actinics turn on at 1PM, dalylights at 2PM. I run them both together till 10PM when the daylights turn off then the actinics go off at 11PM. You can adjust that basic schedule to whatever time frame suits you.
