need help with my sump/fuge

this is what i have for a tank 30"X12.5"X12.5" and the equipment will be a protein skimmer, with 650gph pump and another pump to pump to the tank. i have a 55 Gal. and i would like to know How much power of a pump do i need to pump back into the tank and also whats the best way to setup my sump/fuge with the dividers. also i have 4 peices of plexi glass and i would like to know where i need to put them and what other stuff i need for the sump/fuge

Somebody else made this picture but I thought it was a better design than what I made. The dividers make less airbubble to float in your MT. Hope this helps.
