need help with new tank 15 gallon tall tank please

I have a new tank I'm doing for my son. Its a 15 gallon tall tank. I have crushed coral for the substrate. I have 9 pounds of live rock. The water is at .024 salt level. I have it cycled about a week. What can I put in it besides the clown fish mydon wants and I have a chocolate star fish with 1 porcelain crab and 6 hermit crabs I have thats in my nano that I'm putting in it. The pictures our of my setup I've done so far for it. What else do I need to do to keep it stay clean and easy to care for.

What are the water tests showing? The tank looks very cloudy... a week isn't long enough to cycle a tank, not to mention already adding all those critters, or did I misunderstand you?

Crushed coral is not very beneficial in a saltwater tank. That aside, did you rinse the crushed coral completely?
