Need help with some live rock.

We'll i put about 25LBS of LR into a bucket-It has been 2 days now,so its damp-(because i took down my 40 gallon), but i was wandering is there anyway to get coraline algae back on the rock if i re-enter it and get it back in shape? If so, how should i clean it, and how would process go, or can i go to the LFS and buy some rich coraline LF and let it spread? but i still need to know how to clean it.
The rock is perfectly fine except it's damp/almost dry.

theirs going to be some die off on it so your going to have to go through a curing process, before you place it into your display tank, as soon as that is done just keep your calcium 420 ppm and above, coraline will soon grow.
