I have a 75 gallon tank, empty tank at this point. Shy of drilling and porting the tank, are there any other suitable ways to make a good sump system that works well? I have a 55 gal with the traditional HOT filter system, emperor 400 biowheel..it works ok, but the 75 gal i want to do a little different, i have seen somewhere before where someone just used a couple pumps, one for inlet one for outlet, going down to another tank, 25-30% of the show tank size. But i dont know what kind of media to use...how do the baffles work, etc... are there any good websites for building a sump system? Any info would be appreciated!
