Need Help with Tunze Osmolator

I just got a Tunze osmolator today for christmas and I can't figure out how to get it working properly. I got all of the wires and cables plugging in and the two brackets are in place, but whenever I plug it in, it doesn't fill the water high enough. It stops like 4" below where the switch is. I even adjusted the laser eye float all the way to the top of the bracket and it still won't fill the tank up high enough. What am I doing wrong?

Well,
You could always go to the live help section of Tunze website. I'm sure they will help you as much as they can.
By the way, what are you trying to do with it? It sounds like your not trying to use it for auto top off.

I'll try to contact them tonight. And yes and I am using it for a top off. This is my first top off system so I'm not really sure how this all supposed to work.
