need help

i changed from actinic and 50/50 bulbs to pc's and now have what i think is alot of green algea. how can i keep it down? i have a 55. and have the lights on about 7 hrs a day. with two cooling fans. water temp is 76. and all readings are good.

I would bring the temp. up to 78 and like scott asked what kind of cleaning crews do you have. I have a lawnmower blenny ( I know a lot of people don't like them ) that does a great job. He's an algea eating machine. :hilarious
