my saltwater fish seem like theyre starving for air , and swimming side ways what is going on i need help badly im new at this

1. Why do you think they are starving for air?
2. What are your water parameters (pH, sg, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate)?
3. How large is the tank, how long in service?
4. What kind of circulation to you have?
5. What kind of fish are in the tank? How large are they?
