OK , This thing has been in a large piece of LR for at least 3 months ,can't get it out w/o breaking up the piece and I really dont want to do that unless I have too. He only comes out at nite and I have never seen him leave the rock , I have seen the rest of the body thru holes in the rock ,he appears to be approx 4-5inches long and about 1 inch thick. Also on the "top" of him is some round things. they are white , dont appear to be eyes
is this thing dangerous??? I have never noticed anything missing and my blenny lives in a hole in the rock right next to this thing. Sorry about the pic's I had to take them fast b/c as soon as the light comes he goes back in the rock. any help would be great!!!!

Hmmm inverts and corals?? that dont sound good to me! I googled it but could not find a pic out of like 300 that looked anything like my little creature
I guess if anything goes missing I may have to bust up that rock and remove my little friend

That looks much more like a Peanut worm to me. They tend to bore into/through live rock and only come out in the dark. Beneficial and harmless.
