Need ID please

I need an id for this guy. Its attached to the rock, it doesnt move and out side is hard but not too strong feels like egg shell.

If we are looking at the white thing. I have featherdusters that look like that. Does the orange thing come out?

not much. I dont think its feather duster. I tried to remove it last week shell got broken and i took it out as much as i can But i saw today it came back to same size

Can you take it out of the tank and get a clearer shot?

Its attached to the rock. I cant take it out. It looks like egg for something I hope it isnt bad.

no its not bad.its a type of tubeworm that shoots out a mucous net and then retracts it.not bad at all jsut sort of an eyesore
