Thought it was just some debris but then noticed it was moving. It even climbed up the side of the glass then back down. It moves very slowly and seems to use it's "arms" just like a starfish?

look like Cirratulids aka hair worms. Look up reef hitchhicker id in the newb thread you'll find it. harmless
