Need input on my sump design

I always find it where they have the florecent lights or the lighting department. They sell it as light difuser on the overhead florecent fixtures.
Took me a while too, because each store is a little bit different.
Thanks to Home Depot for replacing people with know-how to people with NO? HOW??? HUH????

only thing I see, is that your return area is quite small, and you'll be fighting evaporation, if you don't have an ATO on your system. I have a 29gal, and have done something similar, and loose about an 1.5" / day.. with only a 6" chamber, my pump is blowing bubbles approx ever 3 days.

I thought about that and I decided to put the eggcrate up for the center chamber so that I can have a lot more water in the sump while being able to hold things in the center chamber, (rubble, chaeto, etc.)
BTW, a week ago I picked up 75 lbs of LR and 50 lbs of LS and 25 lbs of base rock all for $75!!
although there is some aiptasia on the LR, I will try the peppermint shrimp method, it was still a smoking deal!!
