Need New Nano Help!

Hello, i haven't been on this site since 11/07 i see. Anyway, i'm not new to the hobby.
I had a 46g bow setup as a fish/reef tank a few years ago. However I am new to the nano reef which I plan on trying my hand at after laying low for so long.
I am thinking of getting a 14g biocube, i've seen some pretty impressinve ones on this site.
My first question is, in your oppinion, which is better? Nano cube vs. Bio cube
Second question is, if you could give me only one piece of advice when setting up a nano tank, what would it be?
(keeping in mind that i have kept a salt tank before)
Thanks for everyones input and I look forward to spending countless, night turns into morning, days on this site once again.

Make sure you get a nano/biocube that has enough space to set up a fuge in the back sump portion, and that it has a sticker on the back panel so you can peel it off and add lighting for chaeto. Most of us in the nano hobby don't have skimmers so a healthy refugium goes along way towards overall tank health
I don't know anything about biocubes, but I love my nano. Mines a 24, and I'm glad I got it over the 14, I was originaly considering the 14.

as far as i can tell the only advantage the biocube has over the nano is that it has two cords for the lighting.
I also found another brand of nano. It's a AquaEuro 12g, 24g, & 28g. It seemed comparable to the others.(bio & nano)
A mini fuge in the back is a great idea. I want this tank to have a clean look to it. My last 46g reef had all sorts of cords and stuff hanging all over. It didn't have a built in overflow so everything was hob.

Yeah, there are several of us in the nano tank group that have set up mini refugium's, most of us use chemi pure or chemi pure elite in the first chamber, then chaeto up the second. If you go here: it has lots of ideas and you can usually get input and responses on nano ideas.

(Two independent cords is helpful for timing moon lighting and day lighting)
I currently almost never use my moon lighting because I have to switch it on manually.

Well I'm definately going to do the fuge thing for sure. I did read a thread that talked about chemi pure, and purigen. Apparently they keep your water pristine without having a skimmer.
Now when it comes to lighting on the biocube I know it has 2x24w of light. That comes out to be 3.43w/gallon. Is that enough light to keep some of the lps and sps corals, or even a small derasa/maxima (until they get to big of course)?
Also is the h2o flow enough right out of the box? I've noticed in alot of pics of nanos that most have supplemental powerheads in them.
me this morning after being on this site all night/morn.

I wouldn't recomend keeping clams under anything but mh lighting. Otherwise I think sps are out of the question. Dunno about lps personally. But all soft corals and maybe some monticaps should be fine

yeah, i've looked at those koralia nanos, and i think it is a must. just a few years ago when i had my 46g reef up those propeller pumps were just coming out i think, now they are everywhere!
Also, has anyone heard of AquaEuroUsa nano tanks?
They make a 12g, 24g, and i think a 28g. They seem to be fairly comparable to the other nanos but the $$ tag is a little lower. about $160 for the 12g, and it has 6 lunar led's. Maybe they're junk, idk. Anyone else heard of 'em?
